Slot Gradient Trick

Just an idea for using gradients
Click here to
download my Slot Gradient
Start with an image 100 X 300 pixels.

Layer one-Gradient set to Linear-Repeats 0-Angle 90
|
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Geometric Effects>Wave. Use these settings.
|
|
You can use this to make a zipper, if you slice it and warp each side a little.
|
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Artist Effects>Colored Foil. Use the Custom Setting-Neon
Glow.
Not sure what this would be, but I liked the look.

|
For a pipe type thing, duplicate the layer and
rotate it 90 degrees. Drag it under the original. Duplicate the copy,
bring it to the top, set the Layer Blend Mode to Lighten.
