Just an idea for using gradients
Click here to
download my Seaweed Gradient
Start with an image 500 X 500 pixels.

Layer one-Gradient set to Sunburst-Repeats 0
|
|
|
|
Layer 2-Gradient set to Radial-Repeats 1-set Layer Blend Mode to Multiply.
|
|
|
|
Layer 3-Gradient set to Linear-Repeats 0-Angle 0. Set Layer Blend Mode to
Overlay.
|
|
|
|
Merge All Visible.
Add a White Hot Wax Coating.
Go to Effects>Edge>Find Vertical.
|
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Illumination
Effects>Lights.
Use the custom setting Yellow Fill.
Lower the Darkness setting to 0.
|
|
|
Go to Effects> Artistic Effects>Aged Newspaper.
Set it to 16.
Repeat the Lights.
|
|
|
