Just an idea for using gradients
Click here to
download my Ribbon Green Gradient
Start with an image 500 X 500 pixels.

Layer one-Gradient set to Rectangle-Repeats 0
|
|
|
|
Layer two-Gradient set to Radial -Repeats 0-Vertical 50-Horizontal 100
Set Layer Blend Mode to Burn 50%
Note: Gradients
can be tricky.:)
If your setting doesn't give this result, go to Linear settings and make
sure that is set to 90degrees..then go to Radial and try again.

Layer three-Gradient set to Radial -Repeats 15-Vertical 50-Horizontal 50
Set Layer Blend Mode to Dodge
|
|
|
|
Merge All Visible. Add a white Hot Wax Coating and PSP light Effects.
Set it to 4 Corner Lights and lower the Darkness setting.
