Just an idea for using gradients
Click here to
download my Pinball Gradient
Start with an image 500 X 500 pixels.

Layer one-Gradient set to Sunburst-Repeats 0-Invert Checked-Horizontal
50-Vertical 100
|
|
|
|
Layer two-Gradient set to Radial-Repeats 7-Invert Checked-Horizontal
50-Vertical 100-Set Layer Blend Mode to Lighten
|
|
|
|
Layer 3-Gradient set to Sunburst-Repeats 0-Invert Unchecked-Horizontal
50-Vertical 100-set Layer Blend Mode to Screen.
|
|
|
|
Merge All Visible. Go to Effects>Texture Effects>Enamel. Use these
settings.
|
|
|
|
Used the Leather Sculpture preset-changed the Depth and Elevation.
