Start with an image 500 X 500 pixels.

Layer one-Shadow Gradient set to Sunburst-Repeats 0
|
|
|
|
Layer two-Holiday Gradient set to Sunburst-Repeats 0-Set Horizontal to
50-Verticle to 10-Set the Layer Blend Mode to Hard
Light
|
|
|
|
Layer three- Curl gradient set to Radial-Repeats 0-Set Horizontal to
50-Verticle to 20-Set the Layer Blend Mode to Hard
Light
|
|
|
|
Changing the gradient on layer two can give you a variety of looks.
