Eye Thing

To do this tutorial you will need a working knowledge of
PSP. If you are new to PSP, or have a problem doing this tutorial, you
can find me at Raven's
PSP forum, be happy to help you out.
You also need my Grizzly Gradient.
 Click

Open new image 200 X 100.
Flood Fill  with
the Grizzly gradient.
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Illumination Effects>Sunburst.
Use these settings.
|
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Artistic Effects>Colored Foil.
Use these settings. Color #E87800
|
|
|
|
Go to Colors>Negative Image.
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Edge>Find Horizontal.
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Illumination Effects>Sunburst.
Lower the Brightness to 35.
|
|
|
Go to Effects>Illumination Effects>Sunburst.
Change the light color to dark blue or black.
Lower the Brightness to 10.
|
