Open a New Image 400 X 300
Add a New Raster Layer. Fill it with Black
On your Main Menu, go to Effects>Illumination Effects>Sunburst.
Use these settings. Color #FFFF00
|

|
On your Main Menu, go to Effects>Illumination Effects>Lights
Click on Light #1. Color #FF9703
Use these settings. Do Not Click OK.
Click on Light #2. Color #800080
You can name this setting Orbit to save it.
Use these settings. Click OK.

|
Copy and Paste layer over your image.
Set Layer Blend Mode to Screen.
|
|
|
Just repeating the effect will give you some variety.
Experimenting with the settings will give you even more.
