Feedback Corridor

This tutorial is NOT to be scripted or made into a "Quick Guide" unless it is for your own personal use.

To do this tutorial you will need a working knowledge of PSP. If you are new to PSP, or have a problem doing this tutorial, you can find me at Raven's PSP forum, be happy to help you out.

If you need a larger view of an example, just click on the image.

Open a new image, any size is fine, although I think a large size looks best.
This will be your floor.
Flood Fill with your choice of a pattern or design.
I used a pattern fill called Autumn.

Add a new Raster Layer, this will be your sky or ceiling.
Flood Fill with your choice of pattern or design.
On this one I used my Seaweed gradient and added a Ripple effect.

Go to Selections>Select All.
Make sure your top layer is the active one.
Contract by 15 and Invert Selection.
This will be your walls.
Flood Fill with your pattern or design choice.
Add any effects to finish your walls.
I used my Gold Bars gradient with an inner bevel.
Select the bottom portion of the frame.
Go to Edit> Clear to delete it.

Make sure your top layer is still active.
Go to Effects>Reflection Effects>Feedback.
Use these settings.

You can also use the same feedback effect on your bottom layer, for a little different look.

Since this corridor had an outdoor look I added a sun.
Effects>Illumination Effects>Sunburst.
I used Top Center, just lowered the light a little.

That's it. Now you just have to decorate you corridor.:)

Experiment, and have fun!
