Starter Image

1) Do a point to point line, filled, width of 3, antialias checked
foreground color #800080.
Using point to point line make a triangle that
covers half the image.
2) Select all. Next we will deform the image.
Select deformations,
twirl. Set degrees to 115.
3) Next select image, effects, pattern.
Settings are:
Image area =
horizontal offset 1, vertical offset -5, rotation 320, scale of 2;
Pattern settings = #of columns 4, # of rows 3, horizontal shift 13,
vertical shift 17.
4) Now we will apply colored chalk to the image.
Image, effects, colored
chalk, settings are detail 91, opacity 25.
5) Effects, sculpture.
If you have a leather preset, hit that and you
are done.
If not, here are the settings:
Pattern = Pattern is the brown
one (#19 in psp6). Size is 100. Image = smoothness 20, depth 24,
ambience 13, shininess 10. Light = color is white, angle is 315,
intensity 40, elevation 70.
Playing around with the sculpture settings gives different results. I
converted this to a seamless pattern for use as a background. It is also
a good flood fill. Use colorize to get different colors.
