Quick Tip

You can turn just about any image into gold very quickly.

These are a few of the Jasc Tubes turned to Gold.

Place your tube or object as a New Layer on a transparent background.

Set your foreground color to #48BAFC.

Apply a Hot Wax Coating to your image.
Effects>Artistic Effects>Hot Wax Coating.

Effects>Artistic Effects>Chrome.
Click through the different settings for Flaws until you see a look you like.

Adjust>Color Balance>Black and White Points.
Use the "Warm Up" preset. Click here for a screenshot.

Sometimes an image will have too much black to look good as gold.

Try going to Adjust>Negative Image before you apply the Hot Wax.
