| This tutorial is
NOT to be scripted or made into a "Quick Guide" unless it is
for your own personal use.
To do this tutorial you will need a
working knowledge of PSP. If you are new to PSP, or have a problem doing
this tutorial, you can find me at Raven's
PSP Forums, be happy to help you out.
You also need MuRa's
free Cloud Filter. ( installing
filters )

Step 1
Open a new image 300 X 300.
Set the background to Transparent.
Go to Layers>New Raster Layer.

Here I used #C8AEDE and #28D3FE, you can use almost any colors.
Step 3
Click on your foreground palette.
Go to Gradient. Pick any gradient.
I picked Jasc's Metal Copper.
Notice that your foreground color is still showing also.
Step 4
Flood fill your new layer.
Step 5
Go to Effects>Plugins>MuRa's Meister>Cloud
Set it to Monochrome 1.Click OK
| |
Step 6
Go to Layers>Duplicate.
| |
Step 7
Open MuRa's Cloud Filter, again set it to Monochrome 1.
Click on Reset Colors. Click again until you see a pattern you like.
Experiment with the other settings also. Click Ok.
| |
Step 8
Open your Layer Palette, click the small arrow next to Normal on Copy of
Raster 1.
Experiment with the different Layer Blend Modes.
 I settled on Hard Light.

| |
Step 9
Go to Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your Gradient.
Experiment with the Layer Blend Modes again until you find one you like.
| |
Step 10
Go to Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave.
Distort your gradient some.
| |
Step 11
Go to Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur
| |
Step 12
You can experiment with the Opacity on the layers also.
Step 13
Want to change the color of your clouds?
Click on Raster 1. Go to Layers>Duplicate.
Go to Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
Go to Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize.
Colorize your top layer and set the Layer Blend Mode to Color.
Step 14
Change your blue skies to stormy skies.
Go to Window>Duplicate.
It's best to duplicate before you merge so you can still make changes.
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Go to Adjust>Negative Image.
That's it, you're done.:)
